They conducted research using manufacturing and mold making technologies to develop JOISTUDHT with high anti-rotation strength, JOISTUD-SS with a function that enables space saving, JOISTUD-WP with a waterproof function, and JOISTUD-S with high strength.JOISTUD-WP is a product with a waterproof function. Like JOISTUD-S, JOISTUD-HT can be simply press-fitted to fastening elements, realizing higher product quality than ever before and providing strong support for customers' manufacturing operations.

While conventional bolts generally use a uniformly thick, leaf-shaped anti-rotation protrusion, the anti-rotation protrusion of the JOISTUD series leaves only a ring-like design on the edge of the leaf. The anti-rotation protrusion is also designed to prevent buckling of the fastener. In addition, the groove inside the anti-rotation protrusion can accommodate the fastener that deforms during press fitting, preventing the deformed part from protruding toward the screw and forming a burr, and improving the anti-rotation strength in the direction of rotation.
